CHIC -Lit

I'm obsessed. Here we go AGAIN.

It's probably a week or a few days tops till the Exam Week, the Goodbye Week and the Ending-Beginning Week, I know I'm supposed to be pulling my grades up, BUT HOW COULD YOU PULL YOUR GRADES UP WHEN YOU ARE TOO BUSY WATCHING? And Chick-Lit-ing.

I have been too busy watching Gossip Girl - the whole SERIES on DVD (minus Epi. 11 to 13 because it's not in the DVD, darn) because I can't wait long enough for ETC's Tuesday airing. A week is too long, my friend. WAY TOO LONG for me to suffer. So I decided to scream all about it HERE in my blog where I could scream about everything I am addicted to.

This is my addiction outlet. And if you may, let me scream!!!!

I'm feeling so Chick-Lit again.

(Well, I've always been "chick-lit".)

Just watch this trailer, please. You'll make me happy. Click here. That's the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 trailer. It's based on the Fourth Book (the LAST book) which is so unfair. They should have based it on the second book so the movie series won't END abruptly. Thing is, I know what happens in the fourth book because I read it in one damn night - too much suspense and all. And I cried at the end of the book. So will every Pants fan.

By the way, the song in the background of the trailer is by Kate Voegele. She's like the emo queen and also the reason behind my "Emo" post (see archives). That one's called "It's Only Life".

Oh by the way (again), their fourth summer, is their LAST summer. SO, go on chicks, CRY, CRY, CRY!

I wouldn't care if the movie would suck. All I care about is that ... I don't know... See, every summer, I read and reread my Sisterhood books. They have so much essence, and they mean a lot to me. Because every summer, friendship becomes so friendly TO me.

As for Gossip Girl, I can't say much. All I can say is, it stars Blake Lively who plays Bridget in the Traveling Pants. And since Traveling Pants, I've been a great fan of her acting. I don't know, she just seems so approachable on-screen. The Gossip Girl book differs with the Gossip Girl movie a LOT, though.

And it's better that way. They're so BAD in the book.

Well, that's the end of it. Gonna watch more before 2 PM hits. Time to watch something else.

Trivia: All of the girls in the Sisterhood star in TV series (or at least, some of them USED to).

America Ferrera - Ugly Betty
Blake Lively - Gossip Girl
Alexis Bledel - Gilmore Girls
Amber Tamblyn - Joan of Arcadia
